Description
Since the beginning, Jean-Marc Brocard is committed to a healthier culture, respectful of its environment. His mentor, Louis Petit, taught him the ways of the vine through organic and biodynamic practices in a time where it was not a trend. Vines were planted in 1973. In 1997, a plot of 11 hectares of Chablis started the certification process of organic and with biodynamic methods.
Today, 60 hectares are certified organic and 40 hectares go through the biodynamic process.
93 Points Decanter
Plenty of density evident. A fine combination with concerntration, a touch of smoke and richenss on the palate, cut with direct acidity. Sunny and ripe, yet reamins fresh and focused. Will appeal when still relatively young but has the ability to age well.
