Description
Since the beginning, Jean-Marc Brocard is committed to a healthier culture, respectful of its environment. His mentor, Louis Petit, taught him the ways of the vine through organic and biodynamic practices in a time where it was not a trend. Vines were planted in 1973. In 1997, a plot of 11 hectares of Chablis started the certification process of organic utilizing biodynamic methods.
Today, 60 hectares are certified organic and 40 hectares go through the biodynamic process.
