The Sainte Claire Chablis expresses with a great deal of finesse the typicity of it’s Chablis soil, Kimmeridgian Limestone. Sainte Claire is the defining Chablis under $30. The novice and expert will qualify is accuracy. It is the perfect representation of fruit, texture, body and finish. On the nose, notes of lemon, yellow fruits with the unmissable nose of Chablis are evident. The mouth is wrapped with limestone texture, balanced feel of the pure Chardonnay fruit, energy, and tangy citrus brightness.

Since the beginning, Jean-Marc Brocard is committed to a healthier culture, respectful of its environment. His mentor, Louis Petit, taught him the ways of the vine through organic and biodynamic practices in a time where it was not a trend. Vines were planted in 1973. In 1997, a plot of 11 hectares of Chablis started the certification process of organic utilizing biodynamic methods.
Today, 60 hectares are certified organic and 40 hectares go through the biodynamic process.
